06:03 AM - Comcast reports there is no outage in the area. We are waiting on the arrival of staff to perform additional troubleshooting.
07:52 AM - Staff arrived and performed troubleshooting steps. Service is still down. Comcast is scheduling a technician to replace the modem again.
08:54 AM - Service restored

06:30 AM - Comcast acknowledges an area-wide outage affecting the Lynnwood office, but they are unable to provide any details or an ETR.
08:00 AM - Comcast reports the outage has been resolved, but the service is still down. Comcast is dispatching a tech to investigate.
09:25 AM - Service restored

07:08 AM - Charter reports an area-wide outage. They expect service to be restored by 9:30 AM today.
09:54 AM - Charter is now reporting they have no ETR for restoring service.

We are aware of an issue with the print system that is affecting multiple offices. We are investigating.
07:48 AM - We have identified the issue and are preparing to roll out a fix to all offices. We expect service to be restored everywhere by approximately 8:10 AM.
07:57 AM - Fix tested and deployed. If you are still having issues printing, please reach out to IT.
