Monitoring systems have alerted us to an internet outage affecting the Sedro Woolley office. We are investigating.
9:14 AM - Service restored

On Sunday May 28th we will be performing maintenance on the Voice systems starting at approximately 9 AM. During this maintenance voice systems may be intermittently unavailable or down. If you are in an office on Sunday, PLEASE HAVE AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF CONTACTING EMERGENCY SERVICES SHOULD THE NEED ARISE AS 911 SERVICE MAY BE INTERMITTENT, UNRELIABLE, AND/OR DOWN. The maintenance is expected to last until approximately 3 PM.
2:50 PM - Maintenance is running longer than expected. We expect services to be restored by approximately 9 PM this evening.
9:13 PM - Services have been restored
Maintenance
On Friday morning at 11:30 PM we will be performing maintenance in Sedro Woolley to migrate to a new server. During the maintenance window all services in Sedro Woolley (including Remote Access) may be intermittent or become unavailable with little or no warning. The maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
12:40 PM - Maintenance complete
Maintenance
Utility power has shut off to part of Longview/Kelso by request of the fire department due to a structure fire. This is affecting the Longview Office as well as the Call Center.
Cowlitz PUD is unable to provide an ETR at this time.
5:45 AM - Power has been restored and all services are back online

3:38 PM - Comcast acknowledges an internet outage affecting the Vancouver office. They expect service to be restored before 5:30 PM today.
