Ridgefield - Comcast Outage

Monitoring systems have alerted us to a Comcast outage affecting the Ridgefield office. We are investigating.

Update

3:51 PM - Comcast is reporting an area-wide outage. They expect service to be restored shortly before 5 PM today.

5:15 PM - Comcast is still down in Ridgefield and Comcast reps are no longer available for the evening. We will continue to monitor and provide an update early Friday morning.

There is an outage affecting the Lebanon office. We are investigtaing.

07:05 AM - We are waiting on the arrival of staff to continue troubleshooting.

10:15 AM - A switch has failed in the Lebanon office. A technician is enroute with a replacement switch. We expect service to be restored by 1:30 PM.
