Voice systems will be offline starting at 4 PM on Friday August 19th for serveral hours while we migrate our phone systems to a new server.
During this maintenance, all voice calling will be unavailable. This will affect both inbound and outbound calls including the ability to dial 911.
PLEASE HAVE AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF CONTACTING EMERGENCY SERVICES SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.

We are aware of a Comcast outage affecting Hazel Dell / LIFT. Comcast is investigating.
8:50 AM - Comcast is replacing an amplifier in the main line affecting the Hazel Dell area. They expect service to be restored within 30 minutes.
9:15 AM - Service restored

On Thursday August 11th Comcast will be performing maintenance on our voice systems starting at 7 AM. During this time, phone service may be intermittently disrupted or down with little or no warning.
Offices must have an alternate way of contacting emergency services (such as a cell phone) during this time as 911 services will be impacted.
Maintenance is expected to last all day. We will provide further updates here as the maintenance progresses.
