We are aware of Comcast issues affecting a number of offices and are investigating.
July 20th - 3:45 PM - Longview and the Call Center are still having issues. Comcast is investigating.
July 20th - 4:15 PM - Comcast continues to investigate intermittent issues with the Call Center and Longview offices. They have no ETR at this time.
July 21st - 7:15 AM - We continue to have issues affecting Longview, and the Call Center. Comcast continues to investigate the issue and is unable to provide an ETR at this time.

On Friday July 15th we will be upgrading software in the Lynnwood office starting at 9 AM.
During the upgrades staff will not be able to remotely access data. Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours.
10:50 AM - Upgrade rolled back due. Services restored.
Maintenance
We are aware of an outage affecting voice systems. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
09:20 AM - We are working to restore phone service as quickly as possible. We expect service to be restored by approximately 9:40 AM today.
09:40 AM - Services are beginning to come back online. We expect several interruptions over the next 15 minutes as we complete the restoration of services.
09:52 AM - Service restored. If you continue to have issues with your phone, please contact IT.
