Vancouver Comcast Outage

We are aware of a Comcast outage affecting the Vancouver office. We are reaching out to Comcast for more information.

Update

10:24 AM - Comcast is reporting a network outage that affects the Vancouver office. They have technicians enroute, but can not provide an ETR at this time.

10:57 AM - Service restored.

12:15 PM - Vancouver is down again. Comcast says the outage is still on-going. They are unable to provide an ETR at this time.

12:20 PM - Comcast service in Vancouver is expected to be intermittently unavailable several times throughout the day as Comcast works to resolve this problem.

Monitoring systems have alerted us to a Comcast outage affecting the Camas and Vancouver offices. We are investigating.

Update

12:45 PM - Due to an unscheduled hardware replacement, Vancouver and Camas are currently offline. We are working to resolve the problem. We expect service to be restored by approximately 1:15 PM today.

1:10 PM - Service restored.
