Raving Smiles Network Status

There is an outage affecting the Woodland location. Several systems are down including the Raving Smiles Portal, EOD Portal, Scan-to-Email, and wireless authentication. We are investigating.

Update

11:59 AM - Technicians are enroute to Woodland to begin troubleshooting. They should arrive by approximately 2 PM.

12:26 PM - Voice systems are now being impacted by the outage.

12:44 PM - Voice systems are back online, however other systems remain offline. We are awaiting the arrival of ADS staff to investigate the outage.

1:04 PM - Service restored
