Monitoring systems are reporting severely degraded internet service to Hazel Dell / LIFT. This may result in slow remote access to Hazel Dell / LIFT, and issues with phone service at Hazel Dell / LIFT. The EOD Portal is also affected.
Comcast is working to resolve the issue.
09:00 AM - Service appears to have returned to normal, however due to the frequency of this issue, Comcast is sending a technician out to replace equipment at 3 PM today.
10:30 AM - Service is degraded again. Comcast is still scheduled to arrive at 3 PM today to resolve the issue.
4:40 PM - Comcast is working to replace equipment. They expect service to be down for approximately 30 minutes.
5:05 PM - Service restored
