Monitoring systems are reporting severely degraded internet services to Hazel Dell / LIFT. This is resulting in slow remote access to Hazel Dell / LIFT, and degraded phone service to Hazel Dell / LIFT. The EOD Portal is also unavailable. Remote Desktop users may get warnings about Remote Desktop Licensing.
Comcast is aware of the issue and has a technician scheduled between 9 AM and 11 AM today.
12:15 PM - Comcast has been on-site for a while and continues to work on the issue. There is no ETR at this time.
