Monitoring systems have alerted us to another potential Comcast outage involving the Lynnwood office.
06:03 AM - Comcast reports there is no outage in the area. We are waiting on the arrival of staff to perform additional troubleshooting.
07:52 AM - Staff arrived and performed troubleshooting steps. Service is still down. Comcast is scheduling a technician to replace the modem again.
